Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team in Habsiguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in OPT recruiting and a strong understanding of the OPT process.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in OPT recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the OPT process and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruiting software/tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
