Job Description
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has trained and coached on Customer Service, VA, grammar, Pronunciation (should be able to explain examples of floor support and moving associates from one bucket to another keeping business metrics in mind (NPS), Conducting classroom sessions on Pronunciation, Grammar Soft Skills, Must have classroom training experience
- TNA/TNI Exposure (should be able to conduct TNA/ TNI)
- Good Reporting Skills - Should be able to create basic reports on Excel and PPT
- Candidate are requested to come along with their updated resume with one ID proof.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should have minimum 3 yrs experience in VNA training and Floor support
- Should have trained and coached on Customer Service, VA, grammar, Pronunciation
- TNA/TNI Exposure (should be able to conduct TNA/ TNI)
- Should be open to work in shifts(Day shifts also available)
- Immediate Joining is must
- BPO training experience is must(VNA training/Communication Training/Floor Support)
- Background Check would be conducted(Candidate must have Address proof/Relieving Letter from last all employer/Highest Education proof)
