Job Summary :

We are seeking a Nokia FlowOne Service Orchestrator Developer with expertise in Java and in-depth experience working with FlowOne modules like Order Manager, Order Hub, Catalogue, and BST. The successful candidate will focus on developing, integrating, and optimizing orchestration workflows using Nokia FlowOne, enhancing the life cycle management of telecom services, and ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain workflows within the Nokia FlowOne platform, focusing on modules like Order Manager, Order Hub, Catalogue, and BST.

- Use Java to build, enhance, and customize FlowOne functionalities and orchestration workflows for managing service orders, catalogs, and end-to-end service orchestration.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and external teams to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with customer needs.

- Work on integrating FlowOne with other telecom systems such as OSS, BSS, inventory systems, and cloud platforms (OpenStack, Kubernetes).

- Implement lifecycle management tasks like service provisioning, scaling, and termination for network services and virtualized network functions (VNFs/CNFs).

- Extend and customize FlowOne's capabilities for service catalog management, order handling, and resource orchestration.

- Develop and maintain APIs to enable integration between FlowOne and external systems, ensuring smooth and efficient communication across platforms.

- Provide hands-on support for UAT, troubleshooting, and production issues, ensuring timely resolution of defects or performance bottlenecks.

- Document designs, workflows, APIs, and other technical aspects to facilitate support and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with best practices in software development, automation, and DevOps for efficient deployment and management of workflows.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in Nokia FlowOne development, including experience with Order Manager, Order Hub, Catalogue, and BST modules.

- Strong knowledge of Java programming for customization and extension of FlowOne platform functionalities.

- Experience with telecom service orchestration workflows and automation in large-scale telecom environments.

- Proficient in integrating FlowOne with external systems such as OSS/BSS, cloud platforms (OpenStack, Kubernetes), and inventory management systems.

- Familiarity with NFV, SDN, and cloud-native applications (CNF, VNF).

- Experience developing APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration with third-party applications.

- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for enhancing and automating processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and integration points.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with Nokia FlowOne's Business Support Tools (BST) for service order management and orchestration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for workflow deployment and automation.

- Previous experience with telecom catalog management and service order workflows.

- FlowOne Certification or related telecom orchestration platform certifications.
