Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Manage medical services, including patient care, emergency response, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Develop and implement policies to maintain compliance with NABH standards.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination among teams.
  
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS and MHA degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in clinical operations or hospital administration.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare management principles, regulations (NABH), and industry best practices.
