Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks & governance
Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization
Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements
Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric, MBTI, SWOT, Intelligence Tests, General Aptitude Tests, etc.
Determine selection criteria forcandidates by liaising with line managers
Sourceapplicants through professional online channels.
Identify and refine down the mostsuitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selectionprocedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidates\u2019 information,including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
3-9 years of experience as aTalent Acquisition.
Handling team of 10 people.
Responsible for overseeingtalent acquisition.
Familiar with social media, C.V.Databases, and professional networks
Full-cycle recruiting, usingvarious interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant TrackingSystems
Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends
