Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for general insurance sales through agent recruitment and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in agency channel sales.
• Recruit Partners and partners will recruit advisors and agents under them.
