Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to banking products and services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues that require escalation.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, adhering to company standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays.
  
• Strong communication skills in English language proficiency required.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling voice process (inbound calls).
