Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to lead our rapidly growing segment within Axestrack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations, driving business development, and implementing innovative digital solutions to transform Fleet operations. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to scale operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the entire vertical, setting strategic direction and goals.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Drive business development efforts, focusing on acquiring and nurturing B2B relationships with mid-sized enterprises.

- Identify and solve complex operational challenges through effective problem-solving and innovative thinking.

- Implement digital technology solutions to streamline and transform manual processes.

- Collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a high-growth vertical, with previous responsibility for its success.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of at least 10, with experience managing larger teams being a plus.

- Strong background in Business Development and Sales, specifically targeting B2B clients within mid-sized enterprises.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in on-ground operations.

- Track record of successfully transforming manual operations through the integration of digital technologies.

- Experience in product functions is highly valued and will be considered a significant asset.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with an MBA from a top-tier business school.
