Job Description
The purpose of the UK claims team member is to adjudicate healthcare claims on the
systems within the stipulated turn around time
Duties and responsibilities
Action all the claims received within the stipulated Turn Around Times
To achieve targets set in the Objectives for the year
To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy
requirement is met
To take ownership of assigned cases
To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization
To adhere to AXA values and attitudes
To ensure ISO 9001 compliance within the processes followed
Qualifications
Education- Any Graduate (except technical background)
Computer Skills- Basic
Skill sets - Good written communication, Eye for detail and comprehension skills
Experience- Any related insurance or healthcare claims assessment experience
(preferable)
