Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA (Manual & Automation) professional with 3-5 years of RCM industry experience. As a QA (Manual & Automation), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and the development and execution of automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practice
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, integration, regression)
• Identify, report, and track bugs using issue tracking systems
• Collaborate with development teams to address defects and improve product quality
• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and quality standards
• Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports

• Bachelor s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
• Experience in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks
• Proficient in programming with a strong focus on Java
• Hands-on experience with Postman and Rest Assured for API testing
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for database validation and data integrity checks
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
• Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines for test automation
• Understanding Cloud technologies like AWS/Azure and micro-services, containers integration testing will be added advantage

Preferred

• Knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• STQB or equivalent QA certification
• Experience in RCM industry
• Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
