Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) Client Servicing professional to manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the general insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of non-EB insurance products, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Policy Servicing: Manage end-to-end servicing of non-EB insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, claims coordination, and policy issuance.
- Coordination with Insurers: Liaise with insurance companies to ensure smooth policy processing, competitive pricing, and timely claims settlement.
- Risk Advisory: Advise clients on risk management strategies and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Address client queries and concerns regarding policy terms, claims, and coverage details.
- Renewal Management: Ensure timely renewals of policies by coordinating with clients and insurers.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in client servicing, account management, or underwriting in the general insurance industry.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree
- An insurance certification (IRDA, III, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of non-EB insurance products like property, liability, marine, engineering, and motor insurance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Ability to negotiate with insurers and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
