Hiring for the role of Enterprise Sales - SaaS

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - SaaS

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth for our SaaS/CPAAS products in the Indian market.


- The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the SaaS/CPAAS ecosystem, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert potential enterprise clients in target industries.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and industry events.

- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, demonstrate product value, and craft tailored solutions.

- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to enhance sales performance and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS/CPAAS or technology company.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, software sales, and digital transformation trends.

- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value B2B deals and achieving sales targets.

- Networking Ability: Strong relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.

- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling to industries like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, IT, or Manufacturing.

- Prior experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup or a global SaaS company.

- An MBA or relevant sales certification is a plus.
