Area of Operations Key Responsibility Talent Acquisition Liaise with IT department and understand the business requirement in terms of hiring Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process through different sources for IT hires in alignment with organizational policies. Take part in the selection journey from initial scrutiny of profiles to final interview
Employee lifecycle management Execute and manage important ELC milestone from On boarding to Exit for respective employees through HRMS and off-network HR processes
HR Business Partnering Implement all HR processes, frameworks and initiatives for the IT workforce Drive business performance and productivity through bespoke HR Interventions Conduct periodic meetings with IT department to resolve people challenges & provide HR guidance Provide HR policy guidance & implementation in the department Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide periodic performance management guidance to line management
Any Other Requirement: Candidate from BSFI, Fintech, IT industries who have handled IT recruitment will be given preference Job location will be primarily Kurla West with periodic visit to the Dadar office It is an on-site mandate with no WFH facility
