6-11 years of experience in E&E component selelction & harness circuit design and integration. 

Skill set 1

Experience in E&E component selection, modeling of Harnessing using Capital Harness software along with integration with teamcenter and creo.

Skill set 2

CHS & Creo working on Large assemblies for harness routing, Bom Structure and TcAE must

Skill set 3

ECO/ECR processing in TcAE

Skill set 4

Knowledge of Standard for E&E drawing creation and release through DCA

Tools 

Capital Harness, Creo, DMU, TcAE, Vis Pro 

Domain knowledge

E&E components for Off Highway or On Highway application

Process knowledge (Optional )

Product development process, ECO/ECR change release  in TaCE adhering to Release process for Step 3 / Step 5

Brief Job Description 

• Circuit creation & 3D modeling of Harness using Capital Harness software along with integration with teamcenter and creo. Release the electrical and electronic system drawing as per standards. Follow all workflow, release and baseline processes. This will also include supporting the vehicle integration team in packaging E&E aggregates.
  • Design and maintain system/vehicle specific 3D harness routing in Creo in TcAE, designing with the accurate vehicle master model environment and adhering to the drawing requirement standard.
  • Develop various sub-components required to integrate systems with product; Interact with suppliers for specifications as per requirements
  • After approval of the 3D design, drawings of electrical parts should be created according to the drawing specifications
  • All designs should be stored on a regularly bases in Team Center and all release steps should be used.
