Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.

2. Sales Outreach: Conduct phone, email & social media outreach to engage prospects and convert leads into customers.

3. Product Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

5. Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM software, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and other teams to support new business development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Masters degree in engineering or business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Sales & Marketing tools is a plus such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Get prospect, CRM etc.
