Responsibilities Key Deliverables
1) Manage the training centers to deliver optimum utilisation Training Delivery through Classroom Courses as well as certification, with additional focus on virtual courses for Capability Building to address the training Need capability gap.
2) Plan the training courses calendar in accordance with training demand capability gap deployment of the same to meet the requirements at the same time Training center optimum utilisation.
3) Responsible for driving and ensuring Training Development, Resource Planning, Training capacity utilisation along with Training Delivery effectiveness objectives
4) Plan end to end Training infrastructure as well as all kinds of training resources upkeep development with a foresight, proper budgeting, Planning execution.
5) Focus on Knowledge Upgradation : Learning New skills for Training Delivery, Content Upgrade provide feedback for Content as well as training aid upgrade by staying updated on technical aspects. Employ and develop Virtual Training skills to be able to deliver modules for audience
6) Ensure end to end Training readiness, Training adherence related documentation as well as MIS for the Training Center managing the team operations for optimum performance.
Experience
5-8 years in technical roles. Training experience preferred
