1. Job Title : Hardware lead :Factory process & systems

2. Job purpose : Establishing Factory production processes for CPE devices.

3. Responsibilities:

EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. Putting Production Process and Systems in place for CPE devices.

a) Working closely with ODMs and 3rd party EMS partners to put systems and process in place.

b) Ensuring ISO, Kaizen and other industry standards are followed.

c) Competition and industry benchmarking for best practices.

d) Collaborate with EMS partner teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards

e) Prepare production KPI reports for senior management

2. Quality checks and process audits at EMS partner

a) Ensuring all NPI at EMS is as per laid down processes.

b) Regular Quality checks and audits for new products as wells as running products.

c) Evaluation and review of monthly KPI reports.

d) Quality checks for new development as well deployed products on sample basis.

e) Deploy the field failure learnings on Production processes.

3. Continuous interaction with Product Mangers and Engineering team during product development.

a) Continuous interaction with all stakeholders ensuring that the product being developed is as per production Guidelines.

b) Suggesting changes so that product meets Quality Standards.

c) Some Background of Electronics product Development.

4. Skillset required:

a. Education: B.Tech / Diploma in any Engineering domain.

b. Relevant Experience : 3~ 6 Years

c. Soft Skills: Process Oriented, Logical thinking, Good Oral & Written Communication.
