Maintain domain expertise in Corporate Transaction Banking, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in banking applications and platforms.
Bridge business and technology, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions that meet business goals and requirements.
Ensure stability and support for all applications and modules related to the Corporate Digital Banking platform, including OBDX front-end, back-end, and mobile banking.
Triage production bugs, assess impact and changes, and document quality fixes.
Coordinate with team resources to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Act as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and vendors for support, clarifications, or assignments.
Review proposals and system requirement specifications (SRS) for compliance with organizational standards, functionality, security, and technology fitment.
Assess source code quality, test coverage, and potential adverse effects of changes.
Ensure services are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets, and performance targets.
Execute maintenance tasks as part of ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.
Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases are signed off before changes are moved to production.
Supervise production transfers, ensuring procedural documentation and functional verification are completed.
Participate in audit and compliance activities, addressing action items for mitigation and rectification.
Contribute to efforts aimed at improving system maintainability, uptime, and performance.
Ensure all systems (hardware and software) in all environments meet security baseline standards.
