In-house Architect + interior Designer
Essential Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
• Relevant certifications or licensing as an architect or interior designer.
2. Proven Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in both architectural design and interior space planning.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects involving both exterior and interior design.
3. Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in both architectural design and interior decor.
4. Design Skills:
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to blend functionality and creativity in designs.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute interior spaces that align with client specifications, including color schemes, materials, and spatial arrangements.
5. Project Management and Coordination:
• Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion, including site supervision and contractor coordination.
• Experience in collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and external consultants to align work seamlessly.
