Techno-Functional Business Analyst/Manager (5-8 yrs)

Job Title : Techno-Functional Business Analyst/Manager (Pharma Experience with Japanese proficiency )

Position Summary :

Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Techno-Functional Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our consulting team for projects including pharmaceutical data integration, governance, processing and analytics.

In this role, you will bridge the technical and business aspects of data onboarding projects, managing the delivery of IT solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in stakeholder management, particularly within the Japanese business environment and have experience working with cross-functional teams in the US and India.

As a techno-functional leader, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with global teams and ensure that the project progresses on time, within scope and aligns with client objectives. The role will require both strong technical understanding and a deep understanding of business processes, analysis and project management.

Nice to have extensive hands-on experience with modern technology like Informatica, Databricks, Python along with the understanding of regulatory and business landscapes of Japan's pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Japanese : Informatica IDMC, Databricks (Data Integration, Data Processing)

- Japanese : Azure+ Data warehousing + Data Management

- Experience : 5+ years in Business Analysis, with experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries preferred.

- Business Analysis Expertise : Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process improvement.

- Pharma Data Knowledge : Familiarity with datasets like IQVIA, Veeva CRM, patient claims or sales data.

- Technical Understanding : Ability to work with data engineering teams on system integrations and ETL processes. Experience with Databricks and Informatica IDMC is a plus.

- Stakeholder & Cultural Management: Strong collaboration skills to work with business teams in Japan and global teams in India and the US.

- Language Skills : Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
