Assistant Manager - Content (DCRM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to create engaging, informative, and customer-focused content for our Digital CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a deep understanding of healthcare technology, and the ability to craft content that strengthens customer relationships through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, tailored content for email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, social media, and website pages to engage customers and enhance the CRM experience.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with the CRM team to craft content aligned with customer touchpoints and engagement strategies.
• Educational Resources: Write guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to educate customers on using healthcare technology solutions effectively.
• Campaign Support: Create compelling copy for marketing automation workflows, including drip campaigns, reminders, and feedback requests.
• Analytics Integration: Partner with the analytics team to refine content based on customer engagement metrics and feedback.
• Brand Voice Adherence: Maintain a consistent tone and voice that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with a healthcare audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Digital CRM tools and strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
