Job Description

ASTER DM HEALTHCARE LIMITED is looking for Executive - Information Technology to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Developing and implementing the organization's IT strategy
Managing the IT budget and resources
Overseeing the development and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that their IT needs are met
Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers

I don't have anything good to share about this workplace. Companies are always good it's people who make the place bad/worst for other. It is most pathetic place I ever worked, I don't think there will be any other who can go at that bottom. HR forced to share location on weekend. They force you to work from office doesn't matter the past COVID conditions.

Dislikes

If you are trying to apply for the job at this place better you should be unemployed. -- HR will toucher you with your Manager. -- Put wrong allegations, investigate your personal life. -- They don't treat you on your professional performance. -- Leadership is biggest concern who run things from the top. -- No recognition mechanism to encourage team to motivate.
