About the Role:

We are seeking a Tech Lead Node.js & React.js to lead the development of cutting-edge web applications that redefine digital healthcare. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring a team of developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Node.js and React.js.

Act as the primary technical expert, making architectural decisions and ensuring the use of best practices.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and quality.

Design and implement back-end services and APIs using Node.js.

Build and optimize front-end interfaces with React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Node.js: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful API development.

Expert in React.js: In-depth knowledge of component-based architecture, React Hooks, Context API, and state management tools like Redux.

Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with back-end frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or similar.

Knowledge of database systems: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
