The Financial Planning & Analysis team works closely with top level management as well as Service Line s Leaders within the firm s other core functions to provide consistent and collaborative support and data analysis. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in professional services industry preferred.
• Must possess a strong understanding of business operations and ability to align operations with business goals.
• Proficient experience on advanced excel and Power BI reporting.
• Hands on experience in Power BI and DAX formula s (Must have created dashboards)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple assignments, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously producing accurate, timely results.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Communicate well with all levels of professional team.
• Ability to anticipate potential obstacles, take proactive steps to avoid them and complete projects accurately and timely.
• Provide highest quality work product; demonstrate detail-oriented focus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.
• Must have a client service mind set and understand our business from the perspective of both a practitioner and business operator.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge in financial Analytics, accounting, Budgeting, variance analysis, forecast analysis.
• Power BI, power queries and power automate.
