In a span of 4 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 9.1 lakh (910,000) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through its high impact programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network +N Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.
Role Overview:
The Analyst, Fundraising Research will play a crucial role in supporting ATF s fundraising efforts and research initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, assisting in proposal writing, and conducting research to strengthen ATF s positioning in the Assistive Technology (AT) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong writing and research skills to contribute effectively to both fundraising and knowledge-building efforts. The Analyst, Fundraising Research will report to and work in unison with the Head Partnerships, Program Research, ensuring alignment across fundraising, research, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Fundraising Grant Proposal Development
Identify and research potential funding opportunities from corporate CSR, philanthropic foundations, government grants, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Assist in drafting compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks aligned with ATF s mission and initiatives.
Support in developing donor communication materials, including reports, presentations, and impact case studies.
Maintain a repository of funding proposals, reports, and key donor communications.
Track and analyze funding trends in disability inclusion, Assistive Technology, and social impact sectors.
2.Research Knowledge Building
Conduct market and industry research on Assistive Technology trends, policies, and emerging innovations to inform ATF s strategy.
Design and execute research projects that contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and policy advocacy.
Gather data and insights to support impact measurement, program development, and grant applications.
Stay updated on best practices in the global Assistive Technology ecosystem and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
3.Donor Partner Engagement Support
Assist in preparing presentations and briefing notes for donor meetings and partnership discussions.
Support in donor stewardship by maintaining records, tracking engagement, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Contribute to organizing fundraising campaigns and networking events to engage potential funders.
4.Internal Coordination Reporting
Collaborate with ATF s program, communications, and leadership teams to align fundraising and research efforts with organizational goals.
Develop internal reports summarizing research findings, funding opportunities, and donor engagement progress.
Assist in creating data-driven insights and dashboards for fundraising and impact tracking.
5. Pipeline Development Opportunity Mapping
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partnerships, including funding bodies, impact investors, CSR departments, and foundations.
Track Request for Proposals (RfPs), grant opportunities, and relevant funding calls, ensuring ATF s timely participation.
Develop a structured database to manage leads, monitor engagements, and ensure systematic follow-ups with potential funders.
Aid the team in engagement with key stakeholders who align with ATF s mission and funding needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership pitches and proposals.
Qualifications Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, research, or related areas.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in drafting proposals, reports, and research papers.
Ability to identify and evaluate funding opportunities strategically.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Remuneration:
The salary for this role is up to 6 LPA, with the final offer depending on the candidate s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Exceptions may be considered for exceptional candidates.
