Assistant Product Manager

The Assistant Product Manager (APM) will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the Tele Sales - New Sales Division. This position focuses on the formulation and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, design and optimization of incentive structures, and advanced data analytics for performance tracking and decision-making. The APM will also evaluate and enhance channel partner effectiveness, with a strong focus on P&L (Profit and Loss) management and Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA).

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM):

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective GTM strategies tailored to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Align GTM initiatives with organizational objectives and monitor their execution and outcomes.

2. Incentive Design and Management:

• Develop incentive structures that drive high performance among the sales team and channel partners.
• Continuously analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend refinements to maximize ROI.

3. Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Leverage data to generate actionable insights for improved decision-making across sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities in sales performance.

4. Channel Partner Evaluation:

• Assess the performance of existing channel partners against key metrics, including sales productivity, revenue generation, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Implement frameworks for continuous partner evaluation and identify areas for development or change.

5. P&L and COCA Management:

• Monitor and manage channel partner profitability while optimizing COCA to ensure sustainable growth.
• Propose actionable strategies to balance acquisition costs and enhance the profitability of new sales initiatives.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of GTM principles and their application in a tele sales context.
• Expertise in incentive program design and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) and reporting techniques.
• Solid grasp of financial metrics, including P&L and COCA.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.tech + MBA
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, product management, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in working with channel partners and driving measurable outcomes.
