Assistant Manager process Excellence

The Assistant Manager Process Excellence is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves client management, invoicing, billing, and cross-functional team leadership, with a focus on process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and
alignment on project goals.

• Manage client expectations while balancing company objectives and resource availability.
• Identify opportunities to expand business from existing clients and other domains.

Project & Team Management:

• Oversee multiple projects across different Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Lead a diverse team of 22 members, including Business Analysts, Graphic Designers,
• Process Excellence Analysts, Specialists, Learning & Content Developers, and Instructional Designers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and driving accountability.

Operational & Process Excellence:

• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

Billing & Invoicing :

• Oversee invoice processing, billing cycles, and financial reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely client payments.
• Coordinate with finance teams to address any discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
