Assistant Manager/ Manager MEP Contracts

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-qualification of vendors for required works
Responsible for identification, negotiation, finalization of specification and terms and conditions with MEP contractors,
sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
Coordination and monitor contractors, sub-contractors, consultants for smooth operations at site and ensuring
compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Responsible for checking of bills of various vendors and timely processing for payment to avoid any kind of delay in payment
Tender Prepration, Floating of tenders to contractors for all Civil MEP Works, Prebid meeting, coordination with
the team for required details
Comparison of Quotes, Rate reviews, neogiations, finalizing the rates, reviewing the rates quoted
Preparation of file notes for management approval, Work Order, Agreements, Amended orders
Reviewing of rates for non-tendered items and amendment of Work Order, Clarification of the QS team,coordination with
finance team
Coordination with the site team for contracts finalization, QS team, Finance team for billing and payment release

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

B.E Mechanical/Civil/EEE

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE

6 10 years of experience into Real estate industry with expertise in MEP services
