Job Description
- Monthly Preparation & Consolidation of Rent rolls, AMD MIS and related MIS.
- Collating data from Operations Team to prepare MIS on Maintenance Cost Factors
- Assist the team in preparing quarterly Databook (Leasing & Operational highlights).
- Co-ordinating for quarterly closing of books and working out provisions related to doubtful debts, utility recovery, any other income, etc.
- Will be a SPOC for all monthly MIS, data requirements, quarterly closure, and co-ordination with SSC and retained teams.
- To provide data and regular MIS/updates to Investors.
- Trending / past data / analysis reports on Rent & CAM, etc.
- Co-ordinating and providing information to Statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, etc.
- Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS.
- Collating data from Operations Team to prepare MIS on Maintenance Cost Factors
- Any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
