Coke Oven | Operations | RO+ZLD (AE/Executive/AM)

Role & responsibilities

Monitor process activities in terms of effluent quality and achieve optimised consumption of chemicals.

Co-ordinate and ensure constant feed flow with stable parameters.

Ensure optimum operation BOD operation(oil separation, Anaerobic and aerobic degradation, final settling and tertiart treatment), RO+ZLD operation(HRSCC, MBR, Hardness removal unit, RO membrane technology and Power driven Mechanical vapour recompressor evaporator).

Coordinate all the sub-units and make sure to remove the organics (Phenol, CN, BOD, COD etc.), TSS, TDS, Oil, TH, Chlorides, Silica, Fluorides etc.

Coordinate with & ensure availablity from all the utilites like Nitrogen, Compressed Air, Instrument Air, Steam, Power etc.

Coordinate with Purchase/Store and ensure safe inventory of commodity and specialised chemicals for treatment.

To conduct periodic Safety Audit and review the safety lapsese as well as major incidenents with preventive mesures and periodic meeting with working crews on safety practices ,procedure as well as displaying the Standard Operating Practices ( SOP) at strtegic placess and near crtical equippments

Maintain the entire process of PETP & RO-ZLD Operation, ensure equipment availability
