- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR located in Kolkata at FastInfo.

- The Assistant Manager - HR will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.

- They will also assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills

- Employee Relations and HR Policy implementation

- Knowledge of legal compliance and labor laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in HR software and systems

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- HR certification (e.g, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
