• Responsible for overall Branch operations and profitability of the branch,
• Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets
• Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month, Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance,
• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
