Assistant Area Sales Manager- Auto -Refinish || Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for auto refinish products in the Pune region.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
  
• Build strong relationships with key customers, including body shops, commercial vehicle owners, and industrial users of automotive paints.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide technical support on product applications.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales or related field (OEM Sales/Industrial Sales/Channel Sales).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the auto refinish industry or similar sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive paints, body shops, commercial vehicles, channel partnerships, and industrial paint applications.
