EXECUTIVE N - PRODUCTION 1

Primary Responsibilities   Ensure adherence to Production process as per laid down procedures and instructionsEnsure Raw Material additions as per the batch requirementsCarry out required transactions and process records in SAPUpdate Environmental and Quality Records regularlyReport to Superiors on progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues within the SectionPlan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etcDeploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per planning scheduleEnsure all in-process checks are carried as per process guidelines Assess chemical properties of the products and plan for readjustment as requiredFill up the shift report at the end of the shift and update efficiency records for all the operators in the shiftCapture all equipment breakdowns in SAPTake daily sectional roundPlan for availability of consumables raise requisition for consumables from stores monitor the stocks levels in sectionEnsure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygieneHandle manpower both permanent and contractual on the shopfloor on daily basisEnsure no occurrence of any kind of safety hazards in the plant premisesCarry out safety and quality assessments such as SUSA, Q-SUSA, HARP, HIRA, Proactive reporting, etc
