Job Purpose

As the Marg Software Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of Marg Software within our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Marg Software in the organization's pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Manage the integration of Marg Software with existing IT infrastructure and business processes.
• Ensure data security and integrity within the Marg Software system, particularly for sensitive pharmaceutical manufacturing information.
• Provide technical support and promptly troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements using Marg Software.
• Train employees on Marg Software functionalities, promoting effective usage and user proficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of Marg Software, identifying areas for optimization.
• Stay updated on Marg Software developments and advise management on potential upgrades or enhancements.

• Lead an IT team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of Marg Software.
• Generate and provide various MIS reports from the ERP system, including inventory reports for all units and warehouses.
• Implement efficient reporting systems to streamline information flow to management.
• Offer technical guidance for resolving software-related issues beyond Marg Software across the organization.
