Role & responsibilities

• HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance as per local, state, and federal HR regulations.

Monitor and report on compliance issues within the organization.

• PF Transfer (KYC Report):

Manage the Provident Fund (PF) transfer process.

Ensure all KYC details are accurate and updated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
