Job Description
Artha India Ventures is looking for Front Desk & Office Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating their performance
- Greet guests and visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage reservations and bookings, and ensure that guest information is accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely mannerManage inventory and supplies for the front desk area
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front desk staff
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Provide reports and updates to management on the performance of the front desk staff and operations
- Strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
