Artee Flow Controls - Project Manager - IBMS (6-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage IBMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Manage project budgets and control costs.

- Ensure successful commissioning and handover of IBMS systems to clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (5+ years, 7+ years) as a Project Manager in the IBMS or building automation industry.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g, PMP, Agile).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g , MS Project).
