Project Finance Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Treasury Manager to join our team.

The role involves fund raising activities such as preparing project IM (information memorandums), developing comprehensive financial models, managing lender due diligence and manage target driven fund-raising projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Information Memorandum: Prepare and present detailed information memorandums for project financing, ensuring all relevant financial, operational, and market data are included.
• Financial Models: Develop robust financial models for infrastructure projects, processing factories, and trading businesses, ensuring the models reflect accurate assumptions and projections for successful financing.
• Lender Due Diligence: Manage the lender due diligence process, ensuring all necessary information are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Front-End Lender Inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders, fronting queries and providing responses to ensure smooth communication and progression of the financing process.
• Stakeholder management : Preparing Board submissions for project approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or MBA.
• Background in project finance for infrastructure projects is a must.
• Strong expertise in preparing financial models and information memorandums for project finance and corporate financing.
• In-depth understanding of lender due diligence fund raising processes.
• Experience in managing and responding to lender inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Strong leadership, analytical financial skills and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and lead target driven fund-raising projects.
• French is an added advantage.
