Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Email Campaigns:
   
• Draft, format, and send outbound emails to potential leads.
• Ensure emails are personalized, professional, and aligned with company guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
2. Data Management:
   
• Accurately enter and update lead information into the company database.
• Verify and clean data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain records of email campaigns and responses.
3. Lead Generation Support:
   
• Assist in identifying and researching potential leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize email campaigns.
• Track and report on the success of email campaigns.
4. Administrative Tasks:
   
• Perform general data entry tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
• Support other administrative duties as assigned.
