Key Responsibilities:

Project Conceptualization and Planning

• Understand the scope of project and deliverables from project leaders and finalize implementation planner.
• Responsible for defining project executional framework to be used for daily project operation.
• Identification of most suitable resource, procurement, and effective utilization planning.
• Perform cost management, project scope management, quality management etc.

Project execution and handing over

• Monitoring of project execution activities and responsible for consistency of all work, cross disciplinary quality/review and compliance with design specification.
• Identification of right stakeholder and engaging effectively at different phases of project.
• Development of innovative solutions to make it compatible with project framework.
• Responsible for trouble shooting at execution mode, performing FAT/SAT, commissioning and Validation including documentation at project phase.
