Digital Specialist - Hospitality

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive bookings for our luxury hospitality properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running digital campaigns, managing social media, and leveraging data to optimize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop innovative strategies for lead generation and increasing direct bookings for hospitality properties.
• Social Media Coordination: Work closely with the social media agency to ensure alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy for digital campaigns.
• Create content tailored to hospitality audiences, focusing on storytelling, guest experiences, and showcasing property features.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure ROI and refine strategies.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
