Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, particularly with the Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in developing, customizing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, as well as expertise in Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations. Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions on the Service Cloud platform.
• Implement Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain complex workflows, automation, and approval processes to optimize service operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external applications to streamline business processes.
• Perform data migrations and ensure the integrity of Salesforce data.
• Optimize the performance of Service Cloud features and implement best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions.
• Work with administrators to manage and monitor user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and apply them as appropriate.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the Salesforce platform.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Expertise in Salesforce declarative features (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
• Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein and AI features in Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Customer Service solutions in a high-volume environment.
• Previous experience in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is a plus.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
