Dot Net Fullstack Developer

We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with over 12+ years of experience in the IT industry to join our talented and dynamic team. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to high-level architectural decisions.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-performance web applications using .NET technologies.
• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, guiding them through best practices and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with third-party systems.
• Build and optimise front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring responsiveness and user experience.
• Design and manage database architecture and SQL queries for performance optimization and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Ensure the quality of the codebase through extensive unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation, establishing and promoting coding standards and best practices.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments, automation, and integration with cloud providers such as Azure or AWS.
• Contribute to and advocate for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and DevOps practices.
• Participate in architecture planning, and designing future software systems with an eye on innovation and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in Full Stack development using .NET technologies.
• Backend: Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web API. Extensive experience with microservices, multi-tier architectures, and RESTful services.
• Frontend: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies.
• Database: Extensive experience with SQL Server, performance tuning, writing advanced SQL queries, and managing complex database systems.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficient in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS; experience with cloud-native applications and DevOps practices.
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS, or SVN).
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation tools, and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and leadership in project management.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and building high-performing development teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect solutions for complex business challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical solutions and mentor team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, npm, Yarn) and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or CosmosDB.
• Understanding of security principles and implementation in modern web applications.
• Experience with mobile development (Xamarin, React Native) is a plus.
