Job Description
- Schedule and manage the MD s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the MD.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Facilitate follow-up actions from meetings, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Handle office administrative tasks, including expense reports, procurement, and office supplies management.
- Assist in managing special projects, conducting research, and compiling data as required.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for strategic meetings.
- Track project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Facilitate the flow of information between departments and the MD s office.
- Collect and consolidate content from the digital content team.
- Screen and review content for relevance and accuracy before presenting to the MD.
- Assist in creating and refining presentations.
- Provide technical support, leveraging MS Office Suite skills.
