Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.

Strong understanding of SAP for Oil & Gas.

Experience in application design, development, and configuration.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Hands-on experience in leading application development projects.
Additional Information:
