Job Summary.

Overall accountability to support Global Business Services head and the function as Executive Administrator.

Job Responsibilities.

Accountable for calendar management of Head, GBS, internal meeting management within GBS and stakeholder governance meetings.

Visitor management by providing logistic support for visitors to GBS in all aspects required.

Champion health and wellness initiative SARVA.

Accountable for overall administrative support at GBS including but not limited to managing team events, employee initiatives, office upkeep and maintenance, monthly governance data, vendor management, expense, and travel management for Head, GBS, Opex spend and invoice processing in line with budget.

Collaborate and liaise as Apotex POC with Godrej and external stakeholders as need be.

Ensures information flow and communication for all activities and issues are executed appropriately.

Job Requirements.

Education: Masters/Bachelors degree required either in business discipline or similar.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

Excellent English language communication (verbally and in writing), interpersonal and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across inter-disciplinary teams with a customer centric mindset.

Must be highly proactive, strong ability to prioritize, and capable of multi-tasking to a very high degree.

Technical proficiency commensurate with job requirements in the function.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in administration in the generic pharmaceutical industry; or similar/comparable industry experience.
