Apollo Hospitals - Recruiter - Healthcare Global Capability Centre (5-10 yrs)

This role requires proven experience recruiting within a Global Capability Center environment, with a focus on healthcare-related positions, ensuring the talent acquisition process is efficient, global, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global capability centers, from job requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring an efficient and seamless process across different geographies.

- Talent Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source, identify, and engage top healthcare talent worldwide, leveraging a range of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and global talent networks, with an understanding of the specific needs of a Global Capability Center.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and department leaders across multiple regions to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies tailored to the unique demands of global teams in healthcare settings.

- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates, maintaining transparent communication, and showcasing the organization's global presence and values.

- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Continuously monitor industry trends, recruitment metrics, and the competitive landscape in healthcare Global Capability Centers, providing insights to enhance recruitment strategies and adapt to evolving global talent demands.
