Apollo 24|7 - Data Analyst (2-5 yrs)

We at Apollo 24|7 are looking for a Data Analyst, Consult Business Vertical

Role Location: Hyderabad

Preferred Profile:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field)

- Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or related roles (Healthcare background preferred)

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar

- Prior experience in building dashboards and analysing data using Google Sheets and Google Data Studio (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyse and interpret data from platform consults to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

- Develop and manage dashboards to monitor program performance metrics such as completion rates, first response times, and other KPIs.

- Support revenue growth by deriving actionable strategies and insights based on in-depth data analysis.

- Provide regular reports on consult performance, operational efficiency, and fulfilment metrics.

- Address data-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
