Technology Transfer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technology transfer process for the development and manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms, oral liquids, topicals, and nutraceutical preparations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient scale-up from laboratory to pilot and full-scale production.
• Review and assess the Documents like SOP, MFR, MPR, BOM, BMR, & Stability protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to production teams during the commercial scale-up, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the technology transfer process, optimizing production efficiency and minimizing delays.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to technology transfer activities.
